My name is Katy Matsumoto and I live in Lake Stevens WA with my husband, two dogs (Griffey and Birdie) and our eight chickens.

I began baking at an early age helping my grandmother in the kitchen any chance I got. Throughout my life I have loved experimenting with new ingredients and techniques. I strive to use the best and most local ingredients possible.

I began experimenting with sourdough and quickly fell in love with the relaxing process and sharing my creations with friends and family.
